PATIENCE

The scriptural solution to conflicts in many cases is Patience. Patience is the ability to relate calmly and gently whenever we feel threatened or where a misunderstanding ensues. Therefore, the Scripture says

"But let Patience have it's perfect work that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing" James 1:3-4"

A lack of Patience makes people hasty and arrogant in their response to situations, thereby exacerbating the situation. "Proverbs 14:29 says

"He that is slow to wrath is of great understanding: but he that is hasty of spirit exalteth folly"

Patience allows you to analyze and evaluate the situation at hand from different Perspectives, including your opponent's view point; thereby enabling you to make a sound and informed judgement or input where necessary.

Failing in patience is to deal with haste and avoidable foolishness! borrowing the words of scripture again, "Prov.25:8 says it this way,

"Go not forth hastily to strive, lest thou know not what to do in the end thereof, when thy neighbour hath put thee to shame."

The way of patience is the way of Peace.

As you launch into your day or relate with People and colleagues, deal with Patience towards God, your spouse, parents, faith...everyone and everything.

The way of patience is the way to go, It's the way of Peace.
